Our local schools and colleges are so important to us here at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Charity. Whether you choose to host your own fundraising event, hold a collection, or choose us as your Charity of the Year, every penny you raise will make a positive impact across our hospitals.

By fundraising for CHFT Charity, your pupils and school staff will be joining a full-hearted community, coming together to do something amazing for our hospitals and communities. We understand that fundraising is a partnership, so we are keen to foster a partnership with you that will help children and young people to develop and enhance their skills and abilities which align to the curriculum and enhance their learning and future prospects. Design Our 2026 Christmas Card Competition
Calling all budding young artists! If you're aged 5 to 11 years old, we'd love you to take part in the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Charity Christmas Card Competition.
This is your chance to get creative and help us spread festive cheer across our community. Whether you love drawing, painting or colouring, we're looking for a special Christmas design that could become our official 2026 Christmas card.
How to Enter

- Create a festive, hand-drawn Christmas design
- Complete your entry details, including your name, age, school, and parent/guardian contact information
- Submit your entry by post or hand delivery to:

Competition Details
- Open to children aged 5-11 years
- Closing date: 5.00pm on Friday 2 October 2026
- Winners will be announced on social media on Friday 9 October 2026
Why Enter?
The winning design will become the official Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Charity Christmas Card for 2026. The card will be professionally printed and sold to raise funds for the charity during the festive season, helping to support patients, families and NHS staff across Calderdale and Huddersfield. It's a wonderful opportunity for your child's artwork to be seen by hundreds of people while supporting a great cause.
