Charity Support Volunteer
We’re looking for Charity Support Volunteers to join our Charity team and help create those small moments that can make a big difference to patients, families, visitors and staff across Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust.
From bringing a favourite book to a patient's bedside through our Books on Wheels service, to supporting charity stalls, fundraising events, bake sales, tombolas, raffles, galas and awareness activities — there are lots of ways to get involved, to help raise funds in aid of CHFT Charity and help make an amazing difference to patient care and experience.
If you’re friendly, compassionate and would love to use your time to make a positive difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Come and be part of something that brings kindness, connection and a little bit of joy into the hospital environment.

KEY INFORMATION
Applications are open from Tuesday 18th August 2026 and will close on Monday 7th September 2026 12:00am. Successful applicants to interview will be notified by Tuesday 15th September.
Face to face interviews will be held on Wednesday 30th Aeptember 2026 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
